Terms of sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The property is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.
The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 4 November to 4 December 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
Nousiainen Parish is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The Nousiainen Parish Council will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Parish Board will meet after the auction ends and will either decide to accept the bid and propose approval of the sale to the Parish Council, or reject the bid. The Parish Council will meet during December, when acceptance or rejection of the bid will be decided in accordance with the Church Act.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to Nousiainen Parish, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the listing number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the working day preceding the end of the sale to Nousiainen Parish, Pappilantie 23, 21270 Nousiainen.
Nousiainen Parish reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
