Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The auction may also be attended in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records concerned. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale

The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Code of Real Estate. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price will be paid at the completion meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the fee of the public purchase witness, transfer tax, title registration costs and subdivision costs.

Withdrawal from the sale
Under the Finnish Code of Real Estate, a party who refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the sale.
