Owning your own holiday week means, above all, carefree holidays. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in a holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including bed linen, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying yourself.

If you cannot holiday there yourself, the week is easy to rent out, or you can let a friend use the apartment. You can arrange the rental yourself (just notify reception who will collect the keys), or leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, meaning no effort is required from you.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and on-call services, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.

Maintenance charge for 2027:

€334.40 / year.

The buyer pays the 2027 maintenance charge and may use the apartment from week 1/2027 (Fri 1 January 2027 – Fri 8 January 2027).

T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for submitting the transfer tax return via MyTax.
