The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and present at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is provided for the property. The property is not subject to any right of exchange or return. The descriptions in the listing are solely the seller’s assessments of the property for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding bid. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the property as-is.

The auction can also be attended in person by submitting a written binding bid to the seller on site. All bids will be registered as public in the property listing.

The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The property may only be sold to the bidder who has made the highest bid recorded in the system.
