Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers entertainment for the whole family all year round. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a waterslide for children. Outdoors there are a smoke sauna, ice-swimming area, outdoor pool and hot tub with bubbles! The spa also has a warm children’s pool, floats and swimming mats. The water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s renovated Sauna World. The new sauna and changing facilities opened in December 2018. Sauna World now has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a conventional sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers with four programmes combining light and sound effects.

Katinkulta’s championship-level Nuas golf course is one of Finland’s most beautiful. There is also the Vuokatti pay-and-play course for beginners, the Tenetti Club Course and a driving range.

The charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Owning your own holiday week means carefree holidays above all. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in a holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, from bed linen to firewood, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent out, or you can give the week to someone you know; simply tell reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer may use the share from week 37/2027 (Friday 10 September 2027 – Friday 17 September 2027).

Check-in is at 18:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

Apartment renovation 2025:

The kitchens have been renewed and the upstairs/loft stairs renovated; walls painted; lighting and light fittings, carpets, sockets, light switches, mouldings, all textiles and furnishings renewed (sofas, armchairs, footstools, kitchen tables and chairs, coffee tables, beds, mattresses, TV units and decorative lights). Energy efficiency has been improved by replacing the thermostats of the ceiling heaters and sealing the windows. Bathrooms have been deep-cleaned, silicone joints renewed, and tile and drainage repairs carried out as needed.

The renovation is financed by an additional charge of €354.44 collected in 2025 (paid), followed by an annual financing charge. The financing charge for 2026 is €152.76 / year (paid). The 2027 financing charge is €150.75 and will be approximately the same in 2028, when the final loan instalment is paid. The buyer will therefore pay the financing charges for 2027 and 2028, after which the renovation will be paid for.
