Please note: the collection fee is €58 and includes the following complete service:

- pallet

- stacking on the pallet (approx. 20–30 min)

- wrapping the tile pallet for transport

- loading the pallet with a forklift

Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as they are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time, you can view the additional products in our exhibition, which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, the storage charge is €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be released to the winning bidder or to a third party authorised by power of attorney.

For cancellation of a binding sale / an unpaid bid, we charge compensation of 10% of the sale price.
