• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspecting the item: Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before deciding to buy, always check all relevant matters, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• offers are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold as seen, but the lister is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the listing
