The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item: Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details in Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before submitting a bid.
