Regarded as technically reliable, this popular Golf can certainly be bought through auction at a price somewhat below the market. Based on the test drive, the car drives very well, with no excessive knocks or rattles; the mechanics feel sound. This age of 1.4 TSI still has a chain-driven engine, but that work was also completed this spring, so there is no need to worry about that. The service book has also been photographed in full. Must be inspected by 1 February 2027 at the latest; I cannot see a single rejection in the inspection history, and based on the test drive I see no problems at the next inspection either. Offered at auction solely because of rust defects on the body, which you can examine further in the photographs. Without the rust, I would readily sell this from our own stock with a five-figure price tag.

Equipment includes at least:

  • Service record

  • Two sets of tyres

  • Two sets of alloy wheels

  • Engine block/heater

  • Air conditioning (yes, it blows cold)

  • Cruise control

  • Radio / CD / AUX

  • Electric front and rear windows

  • Electrically adjustable door mirrors

  • ISOFIX

  • Two keys

  • Finnish car

You may view the vehicle during our opening hours before placing a binding bid.

Defects and other observations

During a short test drive, we made the following observations
-Drives well and works properly.
-Offered at auction solely due to body rust.

The car has not undergone a technical condition inspection by us, and the operation of all equipment has not been tested. It may have hidden defects that we did not notice during the test drive. You may inspect the car more thoroughly before placing a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
