Fault codes were read. The OBD system had stored fault code P0171, internal combustion engine: fuel/air mixture (bank 1), mixture too lean, permanent fault.

The fault code cannot be cleared.

- Air mass checked with a tester: OK.

There is slightly excessive vacuum in the valve cover, checked at the oil filler cap.

A hissing sound can be heard from the intake manifold; the intake manifold gasket may be faulty (a common fault on this engine).

It is also possible that the entire intake manifold will need to be replaced.

The vehicle has not undergone a technical inspection by us, and the operation of all equipment has not been tested. It may have hidden faults that we did not detect during the test drive. You may inspect the vehicle in more detail before placing a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
