1, 7, 13, 19, 25, 31, 37, 43 and 49

The weeks are currently available for rental, but you can ask customer service about releasing them for personal use.

The week rotation resets every three years. For example, the weeks in 2024 correspond to those in 2027, the weeks in 2022 to those in 2028, and the weeks in 2023 to those in 2029.

Operator agreement, rental and income

The new owner will enter into an operator agreement with Holiday Club from 1 January 2027.

If the owner does not use their personal weeks, they can be rented out through the hotel. Rental income is paid three times a year, with rental-related costs deducted.

The housing-company loan attributable to the share is repaid in instalments during rental settlements for each settlement period.

The settlement periods are:

• 1 May–31 August

• 1 September–31 December
