Usage weeks

The right of use begins on 1 January 2027.

Own weeks in 2027:
3, 9, 15, 21, 27, 33, 39, 45 and 51

Own weeks in 2028:
5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 41 and 47

Own weeks in 2029:
1, 7, 13, 19, 25, 31, 37, 43 and 49

The weeks are currently given out for rental, but you can enquire with customer service about releasing them for your own use.

The week cycle repeats every three years. For example, the weeks for 2024 correspond to the weeks for 2027, the weeks for 2022 to the weeks for 2028, and the weeks for 2023 to the weeks for 2029.

Operator agreement, rentals and returns

The new owner will enter into an operator agreement with Holiday Club from 1 January 2027.

If the owner does not use their own weeks, they can be rented out through the hotel. Rental income is paid out three times a year, less costs related to the rental operation.

The company loan allocated to the share is amortised from rental settlements according to the settlement periods.

The settlement periods are:

• 1 January–30 April

• 1 May–31 August

• 1 September–31 December
