Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase of the share! The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts all terms of sale. In holiday-share sales, the sale agreement is always signed electronically via the Signer.fi service after the auction ends. The seller prepares the sale agreement and sends a signing link to the buyer who placed the highest bid. Bids are binding, and the share must be paid into the bank account specified in the sale agreement within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the transaction
