Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. It has two steam rooms, a cave sauna, a traditional sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New features include two tropical experience showers with four different programmes and light and sound effects.

Vuokatti offers a versatile range of ski slopes, with easy access between the different areas. There is skiing for all abilities, from the easy slopes of Hupikukkula and Max’s Snow World to demanding slopes and facilities such as Freestyle Park (no. 6), whether you ski or snowboard.
Vuokatti has 14 slopes and 10 lifts in total.

Vuokatti has 190 km of cross-country ski trails. The trails are maintained every year to Olympic Training Centre standards for both classic and freestyle skiing, ensuring excellent routes for recreational skiers, enthusiasts and competitors.

There are 32 km of lit trails in Vuokatti. The lights come on early in the morning and go off late in the evening.

The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance and on-call services, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.

Owning your own holiday week is, above all, carefree holidaymaking. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in a holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including bed linen and firewood, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot holiday there yourself, the week is easy to rent out, or you can give it to a friend—just inform reception who will collect the keys. You can also leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, so you do not need to do anything yourself.

The buyer may use the share from week 1/2027 onwards (Friday 1 January 2027 – Friday 8 January 2027).

Check-in is at 18:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

Apartment renovation 2025:

The kitchens have been renewed and the upper-floor/loft stairs refurbished. The walls have been painted, and the lighting and light fittings, carpets, sockets, light switches, mouldings, all textiles and furniture (sofas, armchairs, footstools, beds, mattresses, TV units and decorative lights) have been replaced. Energy efficiency has been improved by replacing radiators and sealing windows. Bathrooms have been deep-cleaned, silicone joints renewed, and tile and drain repairs carried out as required.

The renovation was financed by an additional maintenance fee of €318 collected in 2025 (paid), followed by an annual financing fee. The financing fee for 2026 is €118.56 / year (paid), and will be approximately the same in future years. The loan term is 3 years (the final financing fee will be charged in 2028). The buyer therefore only has to pay the 2027 and 2028 financing fees, after which the renovation will be paid for.
