The vehicle has been in the same family since 2005. In very reasonable condition for its age. No damp test or condition inspection has been carried out, but there is no obvious smell or visible major problem. There is certainly likely to be some damp somewhere in a vehicle of this age.

According to the previous owner, it was serviced relatively regularly, but the service book has been lost and no services have been recorded elsewhere. Under the bonnet, the only timing-belt-related marking is from 2022. The vehicle was collected from the previous owner approximately 250 km away, and the only observation was that the brakes judder and require servicing.
