Bids must be submitted by the specified time. The highest bid is the bid accepted by the seller as the highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. Anyone placing a bid accepts these terms of sale when making the bid.

Inspection of the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the parking space for sale, as well as the relevant documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the transaction

The purchase price must be paid in full at the completion of the transaction.
Ownership and possession of the parking space will transfer at completion, or otherwise as agreed between the buyer and seller.
The other terms of the transaction will be agreed in more detail in negotiations between the seller and buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the maintenance charge payable for the parking space in accordance with the deed of sale. The maintenance charge is €30/month and the finance charge is €79.80/month, according to the property manager's certificate. The finance charge includes interest and principal repayment.

The shares for sale are subject to a housing-company loan of €12,431 (as at 30 September 2026), according to the property manager's certificate dated 13 October 2026. The buyer assumes responsibility for the housing-company loan relating to the parking space in full.

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax payable on the transaction in accordance with the tax practices in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the transaction

A party that refuses to complete the transaction must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the transaction.
