The goods on the shelves are not included in the lot. The goods will be removed from the shelves before the lots are handed over.

The buyer is responsible for dismantling, moving and loading the lot on site. No assistance is available from the bankruptcy estate. The buyer may drive a vehicle into the courtyard. Access to the courtyard is via the gateway on the left in the last image, from Sörnäisten Rantatie. The courtyard is easily accessible even with a larger vehicle.


The lot must be collected between 10.00 am and 2.30 pm on 7 October 2026 (the lot must be outside by then). Collection of the lot is not possible at any other time, as the bankruptcy estate must vacate the premises.


The lot is located at street level, so no stairs need to be used.


The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of its acceptance.
