Bids must be submitted by the given deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as the highest. The seller and buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property
Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property in question, the documents and the paperwork. After the fact, the buyer may not rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller guarantees that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction.


Conclusion of the transaction
The property transaction must be made in the form prescribed by the Finnish Code of Real Estate. The time and place of signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing of the transaction. The fee of the public notary/authorised witness is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.


Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.


Withdrawal from the transaction
A party who refuses to complete the transaction must, on the basis of the Finnish Code of Real Estate, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
