The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be assumed to affect the transaction.


Conclusion of the sale
The property sale must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing meeting. The fee of the public conveyance witness is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.


Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.


Withdrawing from the sale
A party who refuses to proceed with the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
