Enforced sale of an Onninpyhä weekly holiday share, Pyhätunturi, week 17, Pelkosenniemi

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 29 October to 19 November 2026. The deadline for bids is 19 November 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right, where necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority. This will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid.

The written purchase bid must be submitted by 16 November 2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland at:

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended, the National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide further instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been distrained and will be sold by a free sale conducted by an enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
