The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before submitting a bid. The buyer may not afterwards invoke a circumstance that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters that may affect the purchase decision beforehand, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly subject to unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any delay beyond the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
