• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been noticed during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making a possible bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase before making a decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected and uninspected vehicles, and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any delay beyond the collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
