• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
