• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details in Traficom's public vehicle data service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection time exceeding this.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower resale price and the bid price in full, as well as any agent's and debt collection costs, with interest.
