• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles in Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
