No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected or tested. They are sold directly in their current condition. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects and shortcomings may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor is it added.

The item is not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found. The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

Inspection of the item Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. After purchase, the buyer may not rely on a matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the item carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters that may affect the purchase decision before making it, including vehicle tax, device condition and any hidden defects

The items are not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act concerning consumer sales.

Payment: The bid must be paid for and the receipt emailed within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there are multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

Ownership of the auctioned items transfers at the time of handover

Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading
