The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently rely on any matter that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
