A Freelander Sport that has come straight from daily use, registered as a van (tax approx. €385/year)

In my opinion, this is a good individual example with straight body panels. These are usually thrashed through the forest and beaten about with potato sacks.
Only moderate signs of corrosion and wear. See the pictures and draw your own conclusions!

The car has one set of wheels and rims, with winter friction tyres in fair condition. Should drive well for a couple of years.

It feels solid on the road. No knocks from the suspension. The engine seems to still have all its power, accelerates well. Gears engage smoothly. Clutch feel is firm/good. The clutch does not slip.
No warning lights are lit on the instrument cluster. The car stops well, brakes do not vibrate. The underside and sills look decent!

Some notes based on visual inspection and a test drive:
Beginning corrosion on the tailgate, shown in the sale photos. Driver’s side rear window does not work. Repaired area on the rear bumper with filler. At town speeds there is a rubbing noise from the rear. At motorway speeds the noise gets louder and sounds like a droning/whining hum. The Webasto started when the car was running (may need servicing, or I may not have known how to use it). The air conditioning blew lukewarm air (may need servicing).
