The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing an offer. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may exist.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters that may be related to the purchase decision, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged for any extra storage time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
