The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later invoke a matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any delay beyond the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
