22T pneumatic jack

This belongs to the group of bottle jacks, designed to lift a vehicle along the vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which creates a rotating motion in the hydraulic pump, which in turn generates pressure in the hydraulic cylinder section. As the pressure rises, the telescopic section of the actuator extends upwards. As the pressure drops, it lowers and retracts. Another important design element is the jack's length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. These jacks are equipped with wheels, allowing them to be moved over rough ground. There are also versions designed for portable use, which are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to transport in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the integrated lubrication device, friction between interacting surfaces is reduced, which lowers wear and protects them from corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used in the servicing of trucks, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional extensions that increase the jack's lifting height. Road wheels allow for easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for better working comfort.
