• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection after the permitted time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
