The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been noticed in a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Before deciding to buy, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
