• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within a week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For any pickup delay exceeding this, a fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the deal

  The seller will relist the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
