• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold direct from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right on the seller’s behalf. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor is it added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including, for example: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and may possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold as is, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
