Observations, faults and deficiencies:

• Short test drive taken in the yard - starts, gears engage and the engine sounded good

• Steering column lock plate worn, so the gear lever can easily slip from Park (P) directly to Reverse (R) without pulling the selector towards you

• Has dripped a small amount of reddish, oil-like fluid underneath. The possible leak point has not been investigated in detail.
