Terms of Sale
The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be made by the specified deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer commit to entering all bids into the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.
Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and papers in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which may reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.
Conclusion of sale
The sale of the property must be completed in the form stipulated in the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee for the conveyance witness is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.
Withdrawing from the sale
Under the Land Code, a party that refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary measures related to the sale.
