The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 8 September 2026–29 September 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 29 September 2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for damages under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bid increment automatic system. The written offer must be submitted no later than 24 September 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to

The written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number of the online auction to which the offer is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. The buyer and new owner of the property will, in principle, be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other explanation.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying mutatis mutandis the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure, and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal concerning the sale and any act related to the sale or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks from the sale date. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sales decision.
