The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale

Under the Land Code, a party who refuses to proceed with the sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, viewing the property, and other necessary actions related to the sale.
