Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer highest accepted by the seller. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Inspection of the site
Before submitting an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and paperwork in question. The buyer may not later invoke a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and that can be assumed to affect the transaction.
Conclusion of the sale
The property sale must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the completion of the transaction. The fee of the conveyance witness shall be paid equally by the seller and the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.
Withdrawing from the sale
A party refusing to proceed with the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to the sale.
