The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Your own holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As the owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, as well as linen and fireplace wood, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you are not able to holiday there yourself, the week is easy to rent out, or you can pass the week on to a friend; just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will be entitled to use the share from week 32/2027 onwards (Fri 6.8.2027 - Fri 13.8.2027).

Check-in is at 18:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
