Maintenance charge: €95/month.

The buyer assumes responsibility for the remaining housing-company loan share of €9,320 as at 31 December 2026. The loan share may be paid off in full or amortised through the financing charge. Financing charge: €110/month (amortisation €87.50, interest €22.50). Rental proceeds are automatically offset against financing charges, with any difference paid or invoiced.

The maintenance charge covers the upkeep and procurement of the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance and emergency services, reception and key services, property management and administration, etc.

The right of possession of the apartment and responsibility for charges transfer to the buyer from 1 January 2027.

Owning a Villas share is, above all, relaxed holidaying. Like a summer cottage, but more carefree! As a Villas owner, you acquire a share in a holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including bed linen, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

You have 8–9 weeks per year, rotating on a three-year cycle. You may use the weeks you wish, while Holiday Club handles the rental of the remaining weeks. You may transfer your own holiday week to a relative or acquaintance free of charge. For weeks used by you, your acquaintances or relatives, you only pay the cleaning fee (estimated at €60–70/week). For unused weeks, you receive rental income according to the actual rental and the operator agreement. See the attached articles of association for further details of the operator agreement. The first week available for personal use can be checked with Holiday Club customer service after registration. Your own weeks can also be booked conveniently through the electronic shareholder service after registration.

The apartment is available from Friday at 16:00 and must be vacated the following Friday by 11:00.
