The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and/or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any extra pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the bid price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
