The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been detected in the preliminary inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase before making a decision, including for example: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale include inspected and uninspected vehicles, and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any pickup after that period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
