The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when listing the item.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including, for example: vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
