The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt-collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
