All workshop machines, tools and supplies at once, the entire contents of a detached house at once, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not been inspected in detail, so anything may be found.

The items ending on Saturday 5 September are located in Vesilahti and those ending on Sunday 6 September in Savikoski, Akaa

The site can be inspected before making a binding bid
The item is sold in the condition and with the accessories it has in the listing and at the time of sale
Items sold by auction are subject to the Sale of Goods Act unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction opening price.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but they have been unused for a long time.

Please be prepared when collecting with sufficient equipment and for the possibility that they may not be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and scrub are an obstacle

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed.
For any excess time we charge a storage fee of €250/day
