• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection time: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
