• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later invoke a matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there are several bids, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will it be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Before deciding to buy, always check any matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information in Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pick-up times: The items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• familiarise yourself with the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
