• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold as removed from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when listing the item.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not later invoke any fact that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty from the seller, and there is no exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase before making a decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
