• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold direct from use, in their current condition. The items are from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer cannot afterwards invoke a matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT is not added either.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision beforehand, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late pickup.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
